Responsibilities
- Execute client Plan of Care tasks
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Accompany clients to appointments and errands
- Maintain home safety and report any concerns
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Clear background check required
- Reliable transportation
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
